We are a family-run hospitality group in the Tux Valley, operating three properties: the modern ELSA Spa Apartments Tux, the traditional apartment house Tuxie Haus, and the B&B Christina Pension.
We’re looking for a Central Reception Manager to coordinate reservations and guest communication across all three.
What you’ll do
- Reception & Reservations: Guest communication, handling inquiries, managing reservations for all houses.
- Systems & Admin: Work daily with email, Booking.com, Feratel, Julia (PMS/OTA tools).
- Advanced work with PMS & OTAs, such as configuring seasons, promotions/special offers, dynamic pricing/rate plans, and length-of-stay (min/max) rules.
- Inventory & Ordering: Keep simple stock and order records up to date.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Schedule and coordinate cleaning & housekeeping; quality checks.
- Pitch in where needed: Able to help with ad-hoc tasks associated with the everyday maintenance if required, such as basic cleaning, bar, and breakfast service.
What we’re looking for
- German at a high level (C1) and English at least intermediate (B2+); other languages are a plus, but not a requirement
- Proven experience in a similar hospitality role (spa/wellness environments a bonus)
- Confident PC skills; email and hotel/OTA systems
- Friendly, reliable, hands-on, and service-oriented
- Availability to work 6 days/week, 8-hour shifts
- Ideally, a category B driving licence (not a requirement)

- Salary: Starting at €1,900 net/month, with higher pay commensurate with experience, skills, and contract duration.
