The Hardware:
Our building is crafted using traditional yet modern materials like wood, glass, metal, and stone. It’s equipped with the latest smart home technology and energy-efficient materials to ensure sustainable operation. Spacious terraces and large windows provide stunning views and fill the space with natural light, in harmony with nature’s rhythm. Our relaxation pool, two saunas, and dedicated relaxation area offer a space for soothing hot and cold therapies.
The Software:
It’s not just about the building; it’s about what happens inside. Optional breakfast baskets, delivered fresh to your apartment each morning. Our poolside bar offers a selection of drinks and food, using ingredients sourced primarily from Austria. In every apartment, you’ll find organic cosmetics made from local herbs, created by Pure Green Cosmetics near Innsbruck.The water is filtered using the latest systems, and organic tea, and quality coffee from J. Hornig, and virgin olive oil from Zakynthos are provided for your stay. On top, massage services and coaching sessions are available upon request.
On selected days, we host special retreats and workshops led by experts from across Europe on topics like personal well-being, longevity, personal development, creative thinking, and even wine tasting. Planned events are featured in the event calendar here.
ELSA is also home to Haus Europa — for leadership and innovation. From our base in Tux, this independent nonprofit association brings together guests, partners, and international voices to explore ideas and practical solutions for business and public leadership. Haus Europa host intimate conversations, mini-labs, and seasonal gatherings that pair clear thinking with the restorative power of the mountains.
