Participants are warmly invited to arrive early or extend their stay beyond the retreat to enjoy skiing on the Hintertux Glacier, where the slopes remain open even in June. Additional nights can be booked separately upon request.

Stay at ELSA Spa Apartments Tux

Each apartment can accommodate up to six people, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, smart-home technology, cozy design, and premium amenities.  For added flexibility, you can extend your stay at ELSA (without the retreat program) before or after the official retreat dates. ELSA is a family-owned and run business, committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Pricing

We offer flexible group and individual options to suit your preferences. Prices below are Early Bird Rates, valid until May 10 for a limited number of participants. Booking early ensures the best apartment match for your group. Final apartment assignment is arranged by the organizer to make the most of available space. By completing registration, participants acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions.

Shared Apartment – Individual Pricing

Perfect if you’d like your own bedroom but don’t mind sharing the apartment with others.

  • 1 person: EUR 1,600
  • 2 people: EUR 1,960 total (EUR 980 per person)

Each guest has their own bedroom (double bed – 180x200cm) and their own bathroom within the apartment, but shares the rest of the apartment with others.

Whole Apartment – Group Pricing

Ideal for friends or families booking together and sharing the full apartment.

  • 3 people: EUR 2,810 per apartment
  • 4 people: EUR 3,920 per apartment
  • 5 people: EUR 4,770 per apartment
  • 6 people: EUR 5,620 per apartment

Apartments for 3, 5 and 6 people are equipped with high-quality sofa beds. Therefore the additional person (3rd, 5th, or 6th guest) on a sofa bed is for EUR 850. In a few cases, the sofa bed shares the room with a double bed. Maximum occupancy per apartment is 6 guests.

If you’re a group of more than four people and only some of you wish to join the retreat, please contact us to discuss individual options.

Payment Scheme

  • First payment: 30% non-refundable deposit, due at the time of reservation
  • Second payment: 40% non-refundable deposit, due by May 22
  • Final payment: 30%, due upon check-in

  • Early Check-In (Thursday) and Late Check-Out (Sunday)—possible upon availability
  • One-on-One Coaching or mentoring sessions with the lecturers—arranged individually upon request
  • Extra Services offered by ELSA (e.g. peeling products, massages)
